"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "

"Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. "

"Staff was great, lots of customer parking belonging to the hotel , the hotel is located close to a mall , no grocery stores available but great food court, and every brands available. Room was spacious. Close to the train station to fo downtown."

The authentic home and beautiful furnishings, the gorgeous view from the home, and the wonderful, personalized care we received from Massimo, made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. We were able to totally relax in comfort at the house, and were close enough to drive to many of the famous historic Tuscan towns. Massimo was happy to share restaurant recommendations, helpful driving and parking tips, along with anything else we asked of him. His response time to our calls or texts was immediate. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect!"

"Convenient stay between Pisa and Firenze. Easy to walk to Empoli train station for day trips to both cities. Hotel is clean and quiet despite being on a main road. Breakfast is good and service is fast. Concierge were very helpful. "
