They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . "The hotel is in a old manor house in a small village, located about halfway between Lucca and Pisa. It was hard to find when we first arrived. If you like peace and quiet in the countryside, then this location is ideal. There are a few restaurants on the main road between Lucca and Pisa, but their opening hours are unpredictable. The hotel staff is friendly and breakfast is adequate."

"We were only looking for an o/n as we travelled back from the Amalfi Coast but found this hidden gem and can highly recommend. Stunning views and comfy rooms set in a village type accommodation. Breakfast was very good "

"Fantastic atmosphere and quality at dinner. A little more standard at breakfast. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."
