"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools were great. The only cons was that there were some roaches in the bathroom and hair from the previous guests in the shower. The food is delicious but quite pricey and it includes an automatic gratuity fee which adds up quite quickly."

"Everything about our 1 bedroom direct beach access ocean view suite was spectacular except for the jacuzzi tub in the room. The water wasn’t even like warm and not all the jets worked. Considering the shower water was hot I didn’t understand this. Bed was very comfortable and so were the couches. Refrigerator was great to have as well as the microwave and toaster. They have all kitchen supplies in this suite if you wanted to cook for yourself. We just made bagels a couple of mornings. We kind of took care of our own garbage and cleaning of utensils, cups and plates. There is a washer dryer which we used to wash some clothes at the end of the stay. We also used the dishwasher. If you want more towels or extra coffee or something of that nature you need to call the front desk and go get it or they can bring it to you but it might take a while. Suite 117A is the room we had and it is the perfect location. You have the pier in front of your room and you’re about 20 steps from the pool and chicken walk bar. You walk down your steps from the balcony and you’re on the beach. You can go fishing off the pier or get a float and float on the gulf water. Tavern n town was a great place for breakfast as well as dinner. Everything we had was great. Staff was great and helpful. We never did use the shuttle because we just got Ubers everywhere. I would suggest taking a sunset cruise and renting a golf cart to get around downtown, if you don’t have a car."

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay. Location was excellent for us, as we did not want to be in the hustle of Duval at night. It was so quiet and airplanes didn’t bother or wake us. Condo had everything we needed, was spacious, and well-maintained. We never had trouble finding chairs at the pool. 15-20 min Uber ride if we didn’t feel like driving to Old Town. The Trolley Tour also has a stop at the hotel next door. If we ever return, this is where we would stay."

"Parmer’s Resort on Little Torch Key is the kind of place you go when you truly want to slow down and unwind—but still have everything you need within reach. The property has a classic“old Florida” charm that is not flashy or overdone—instead, it feels cozy, laid-back, and genuinely welcoming. Parmer's has that homey, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in, unplug, and enjoy the simple pleasures of the Keys. It’s the perfect setting if you’re looking to escape the hustle and just breathe for a while. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot, giving you that “away-from-it-all” feeling, yet you’re still just a short drive from great food and local favorites. Places like Kiki’s, Square Grouper, and Tonio’s are all nearby, and there’s even a fun little taco spot a few miles down the road that’s worth checking out. The amenities really add to the experience without feeling overwhelming. There’s a small private beach where you can relax by the water, plus bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards available so you can explore at your own pace. It’s easy to fill your day with outdoor activities—or do nothing at all, which is just as enjoyable here. [parmersresort.com] Another highlight is the daily breakfast, which is such a nice touch.
