The room was quite compact but equally very comfortable, and had the benefit of a balcony over looking the estuary and boat yard. "The room was clean and had drinks in fridge and biscoff biscuits alongside tea,coffee etc Beds were comfortable and had good nights rest. Shower was good and water hot. A lovely nights sleep. There was traffic noise but didn’t affect our sleep and we slept soundly.I would stay again. "

"Wes re a couple and stayed for one night only as we had a course in Colchester the next day. Pleasant stay, breakfast very well served, staff helpful, location very convenient. We had an accessible room just noticed the shower curtains a bit dirty but all the rest was in perfect condition. Car park is paid for 8£ per night."
