"Staff are polite and friendly "

"The staff were amazing on arrival // really helpful and when I ordered a Deliveroo I went to reception to ask if I could have a spoon. The person working came out with a plate, all cutlery and some napkins - fantastic service. Only down side is why in this day and age are you still using feathers / down. My breathing was bad and then realised I wa so busy last few weeks when booking various hotels I forgot to mention. So moved all stuff off bed and improved within an hour. I know many hotel chains moved away from down and use synthetic - given allergies, peoples views of animal products - it’s time to change ??"

"The Ramada was very good value for money. Highly recommend for an overnight stop to breakup a long journey. Would be happy to stop there in future."

"Great location in middle of the city area almost next door to the shopping centre. Drop off zone available at the front of the hotel, and you can then park at the shopping centre. Very helpful staff. Modern and clean"
