"Capsule is a capsule, not a room. It's ok for what it is. Mattress was a little thin. Can't keep any items in it since it has no door, so keep your stuff in a small locker. Shared bathroom has hot tubs so that's great. Shared lounge / common room was big and fairly comfortable. Most annoying thing was they close the hotel from 10am to 2pm and you can't be there at that time. This should be disclosed in the listing but it wasn't (it is disclosed at the front desk)"

"Good location - 15 minute walk to main Shinjuku station and a subway right next door. The room given on check in was at the front of the hotel and very noisy so we could not sleep, we asked to change rooms and no problem they moved us to the back of the hotel. The room was very small but I believe this is standard in Tokyo. "

"Not a big fan of the clear shower/toilet combo (although it has a curtain), since water gets all over the toilet and toilet paper no matter how much you try to avoid it. Other than that no issues with the hotel. Top floor bar was very nice and the coffee shop is open to the park. Easy walking distance to the Shibuya Scramble in one direction and to the Omotesando in the other. A great location with lots of food and shopping in the same mall the park is on top of. "

Rooms are quite small and can be an issue for opening big suitcases but it is very manageable.
