"Room had a weird smell covered by perfume. Old Non-Smart TV. TV Checkout did not work. Check in was all automated with no real person assistance. 2 real people were at a counter for special circumstances but ignored a huge line of people for 10 minutes. I complained about an extra $100 on my bill and when I asked, the lady told me it was a deposit (I wasn't informed prior) and was very condescending. When I asked a casino employee about places to eat, he directed me to Johnny Rockets. Found it but it wasn't opening until fall 2026. Parking was terrible and very far from the casino door. The entrance to the pool stunk like sulphur. Got stuck at the parking exit gate because the instructions were not clear and I had to call the operator. The only good staff was at the pool check in. She was great. Will not stay there again."

"The Fontainebleau was beautiful! The entire resort was gorgeous! The halls were bright and clean. The temperature was always cool and pleasant throughout. The room has state of the art lighting, cooling and curtain systems. The bathroom was spacious and well planned. The mattress and pillows were amazing. So good in fact that I had the best night of sleep. The gym was superior to any hotel gym I’ve ever seen. We saw a concert on property. It was a breeze getting in and getting seated. The pool area(s) were so nice. We will definitely stay at the Fontainebleau again when we travel to Las Vegas."
