"Great hotel! Rooms were very nice and wheelchair friendly for us. The free breakfast at the restaurant (Figo’s) was very nice and we at lunch and dinner there as well. Great restaurant, one of our favorite places in Rome! The front desk staff was very nice and even help arrange private transport to the airport for us which was very helpful. The hotel is in a cute neighborhood with little great markets near by for us to get drinks and snack. Would definitely stay there again."

We appreciate the overall quality of the service, especially the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at both the reception desk and the bar/restaurant. One area for improvement would be to pay closer attention to replenishing in-room amenities when they run out, such as toilet paper, coffee capsules, paper cups, and coffee stirrers.
