"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony of my room were amazing - a valley below and a glacier above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I had was the number of house flies that were in the breakfast room. "We were upgraded to the la vetta hotel, which isnowned by same man. It was a beautiful hotel, had a lovely bar, staff were very good spoke English nothing was any trouble. "This hotel is beautiful! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious—just what we needed. It’s within walking distance of the train station to Zermatt. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zermatt. The dining options at the hotel were also great."

"We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice for our stay. We would happily recommend it."
