Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

The hotel is in a very good location. A 5 min walk from Vatican city and not far from bus stops. The hotel is very basic. The members of staff are so nice and helpful.

"Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend ."
