"Great central location that is easy to get around to many areas of the city. Staff and rooms were helpful, polite and well maintained."

"The room was a bit too noisy. We can hear the noises coming from the streets. We got a issue with the bathroom (bathtub and toilet clogged). We had to call the reception and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. We appreciate. Everything else was good."

"There was a dog crying on the 7th floor close to my room. The people left him inside the room. He was alone and scared. The security did knock on the door but obviously the dog is not gonna open it. I just don't understand why they didn't open the door. The dog cried from 6pm to 3am I think. Also, the bathroom in my room had lots of hair. Disgusting. And the sheets were stained."

"Staff are nice but I didn’t get my hotels.com F&B credit and the water dispenser on my floor was broken meaning I had to go up and down each time I needed to get water. "
