"Rooms are not luxurious by no means, but they are adequate and comfortable. A/C worked well. Zero complaints really. Snorkeling from the beach was great! Food wasn’t great but was comparable to most resorts, however, it did lack “change.” We were there 9 days and the buffets were pretty much exactly the same every day. They had variety, but it was boring. Nothing to complain about though. It was fine. Did enjoy the taco stand daily though!"

"The rooms and hotel facilities are outdated and offer limited amenities. The breakfast buffet is excessively hot, lacking air conditioning or proper ventilation. There is often a shortage of staff, and food items are frequently unavailable or served briefly. The beach is not very suitable for swimming; I anticipated a better experience based on the images displayed on the website."

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful space. It had everything we could have needed and more. The condo had stunning views, tons of amenities and was immaculately clean. It was well situated and the check in was smooth with clear communication from our hosts. If ever we return to this beautiful island, we will absolutely stay here again. "Beautiful property with a spectacular view! We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for out large group! Our only issue was it was s bit hot inside the house when we arrived. No central A/C. Mini splits in each room worked well but took a while to cool off. Parts of the house stayed warm, mainly upstairs hallway. Would definitely stay again! Beach club within walking distance was sn awesome bonus!"

"If you’re diving in Cozumel, we highly recommend the Casita del Mar condo at Residencias Reef Condos. The room is lovely and comes equipped with everything you need – from the shower to the kitchen and the beach. They provide beach towels and even sarongs for walking on the beach and to and from the lovely pool where you can cool off and enjoy the sunsets. For diving, you are steps away from a pier where your dive boat will pick you up and drop you off each day. When you’re back on shore, they have a rinse tank right next to the pool to clean off your scuba gear. This particular condo is located directly on the beach and the view right from bed is spectacular. It’s an amazing way to start the day! Ellen, the host, is very helpful and responds quickly to texts. She has thought carefully about everything that her guests may need and made our stay easy, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for!"

"At first I found it hard to believe that any place can get only ratings of 10 until we stayed here! The flat was clean, charming, nicely decorated, everything worked, the kitchen had all you needed (fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, utensils, etc.), the balcony was spacious and had a great view of the pool and ocean! One of the added perks was having Roxy cook dinner! If you stay here, which I would unequivocally recommend, you have to have one of Roxy’s amazing dinners! Probably the best dinner we had on the island! The grounds weee impeccably maintained and the staff was super friendly and always willing to help! It was truly a pleasure coming “home” every day! Totally a 10-rating!"

"Our stay at L’and was incredible. We had 14 people staying, and no one had to share a bed.The house itself is enormous, and perfect for a big family or multiple families staying together. The bedrooms are all large and luxurious. There is a huge space inside for cooking and gathering. Everything is high end, and built for luxury. Outside is absolutely perfect. Everything is top notch. The pool is huge and amazing.Each day Victor (the caretaker) cleans up outside and resets all of the lounges, etc.Nelly and Carolina come each day to clean, make beds, clean towels, etc.The beach is incredible. You can drive or take the golf carts. Victor can take the umbrellas and chairs down any time you want to go to the beach. He is awesome. Sandra will be your main point of contact before the trip and during. Take advantage of her concierge services, she is incredible. Make sure to download WhatsApp to help with communications with all of the Luxury Cozumel team.We took advantage of the private chef for 3 dinners. If we made one mistake, it was not using Sandra’s Kitchen for all meals. Don’t make the same mistake: just book the private chef for all your meals. It is the best way to relax. The food is incredible.Also use Sandra’s kitchen to fully stock the kitchen. The price is reasonable and it is super convenient. We will be back soon and will always stay with Luxury Cozumel!"
