"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities and the furnishings were very thoughtful. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with excellent parking. The proximity to downtown was perfect for what we were in Nashville to see. I highly recommend this house for any family stay and plan to return!"

"I would highly recommend this home.This home was just the right size for 6 adults. Every bedroom having a bathroom and a half bath off the kitchen was perfect for us. We were in Nashville for a wedding and it just happened that the ACM Fest was going on there at the same time. The location of this home was perfect for attending both. It was about a 10 - 15-minute ride to downtown Nashville and the Nissan Stadium. The view from the front of the house was part of Belmont University not another building. This home was clean and everything was in great condition. I met the owner by chance as we were leaving and he was very personable. Again, I would recommend staying at this home if you are visiting Nashville."
