"Nothing to say really. Handy location, lovely food and great staff. My bed was very comfortable despite being given a twin room rather than a double. My only complaint is that the front desk team said they would send someone up to convert my twin beds into a double but it never happened. Apart from that, all good"

"The annex was definitely a downgrade from the rest of the hotel (the alley entrance was plagued by vagrants) but the main building, facilities, and staff are all very much 5 star. "

"While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam."
