"The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. The rooms, though small, are comfortable and the free minibar is generous. The staff go out of their way to make guests feel well looked after. We have stayed here twice, recommended it to others and hope that it does not become too popular so that it is more difficult to book in the future."

"I love Locke hotels. Having a kitchen and washer in the room makes long trips abroad so much nicer. Their properties are very hip and have all the amenities you need for a city stay. I really enjoyed this location. It’s an easy walk down the avenue to the older more touristy parts. Staff was so friendly and kind. "

"First time in Lisbon. The hotel is situated in a great location, easy access to public transport, restaurants and local sites. The hotel itself is lovely, contemporary and very clean.We booked a room with a balcony and city view which was room 407. We were very pleased with the room and the view was fantastic of Rossio square. The breakfast was nice, fresh and enough selection but possibly could have had a bit of variety each day. The WiFi was great and always stayed connected. Now to the staff. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I found this made our stay so much more memorable as I really appreciate staff to offer good customer service. In particular we would like to mention Pedro on the reception. He goes above and beyond. He has an exceptional way about him with his excellent customer service skills, knowledge, super friendly and a great sense of humour. It really made us feel well looked after. "Convienen location. A bit noisy since our room is above the market. Breakfast is excellent. Staffs are wonderful. Hotel towels all need to be renewed. Towels are too old and they are all grayish colored not white any more. Room is clean but the sheets has burned spots from dryer or ironing. "
