"I was very surprised to be given a room in a separate out building, down a flight of steps or a long walk down the drive to get to a ramp, I am disabled and have a blue badge, the only available disabled parking bay was near the rear door of the hotel ie a long walk to the room I was given! I did ask for a room in the hotel but was told they were all taken"

"It was OK nothing very special and didn't blow me away, Spa very nice but the pool app didn't work and it all was app driven for other services to book etc. "
