"We had a great family trip staying at the Marriott Hotel in Bristol recently. Location: You couldn't ask for better! Being right in the centre of Bristol made it super easy to walk everywhere—all the sights, attractions, and places to eat were right on our doorstep. The Room: The rooms were fantastic—seriously big, spotlessly clean, and everything felt really well looked after. Hotel Amenities: The facilities were good, and the gym was a real highlight. It had a ton of modern cardio and weights gear, so keeping up with our workouts was no problem. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, which just added to the nice vibe. The buffet breakfast was a little small, though it did have one hot food station. "

"I've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and Travelodges this year, and a few independent hotels, but my room at Tŷ Magor beat all of them. My room was comfortable and fresh and spotlessly clean (the glass and polished metal gleaming!). The bed was comfortable (there was a sofa bed too), the pillows generous. The bara brith biscuits were yummy and the coffee bags were good. Best of all, the air conditioning was pretty much silent, but still effective. I slept well. Reception staff were friendly and the whole experience was good."

"Really excellent budget hotel The room was clean, comfortable and very well designed. Only two very mild criticism. You had to put the card in "head first" to open the door but a member of staff appeared as if by magic to let me in. Secondly I brought my own kettle because you said you didn't provide one but I'm fact a kettle was there "
