"The hotel was very good. When I arrived I was upgraded and the room is very nice and clean. There is only one restaurant in the hotel but the food is excellent. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is also very clean. The hotel has a nice quite and peaceful atmosphere close to the center but away from all the noise."

"We enjoyed our staycation with my small pet almost every year on his birthday. We can now dine outdoors at their restaurants which are pet friendly. We stayed in the same room as last year. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff are very helpful and the room is well maintained and clean."

"The villa was nice and the overall environment was great. However the services and attitude of the staff were not very consistent, and honestly surprising for a hotel supposedly at the top end"
