In the heart of "Le Vieux Nice" this facility is plenty of charm, authenticity and romance. This unique apartment is located in 17th century old Palace that is classified as national heritage. The fantastic palace is perfectly located and just few meters away from famous landmark "Cours Saleya" and "Promenade des Anglais". Wonderful spot to escape to a different era and make some unique memories with family and friends.

This is a fairly spacious 2 Bedrooms apartment (86 sqm) with fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a cozy dining space just next to an amazing vintage fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is convertible sofa bed in living area that could accommodate 2 adults. This place definitely has character, and we enjoyed our stay. The location really can't be beat--it's in Old Town Nice, so you literally walk out the door, and everything is right there--beach, restaurants, markets, gelato. You can walk everywhere. The apartment worked well for our group of 4. It involves walking up a few flights of stairs, so that might be important to know for anyone with mobility issues.
