Rosetti Hotel - A winner!
Impeccable Boutique Hotel - centrally located. Proprietor Mckayla warmly greeted us weary travelers. Be prepared for a 300 meter walk and some stairs inside the hotel Once inside though you will be glad you chose Rosetti Hotel. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated

Great hotel
Hotel Rossetti is beautiful. Perfectly situated in Nice Old Town you have everything you need at your feet. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and stylish. We loved our stay here

Hotel Rossetti is amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and the hotel itself is very clean and modern! The rooms were large and very comfortable with a good AC to keep it cool during the hot summer days. Also such a convenient area with coffee shops, dining, and a quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!!!

I didn’t like that it was hard to find and not identified that well. Many stairs to climb to enter and more to get to the room. For a younger person that would be fine. Good response from management when needed but no one on site.

Hotel Rosetti is situated in the heart of old town Nice. Its little grey door ( which we walked passed 3 times!!) is surrounded by quirky and rustic french buildings. It is close to lots of cafes, you are spoilt for choice. The room at the hotel was clean, basic but had an element of charm about it and the service received was excellent. The outside roof terrace where we had our breakfast resembled something from a painting, an excellent way to start the day.

The location of the hotel is spectacular next to the Cathedral in the old town, the room and the hotel are very nice. Great option in Nice.

Property was beautiful and with a perfect location. The website has some inaccuracies. It says that check-out is at midday when it's actually 11am. This caused a last-minute panicked rush.

Rooms were spacious. Location was excellent - very central in Old Town Nice. Despite proximity to the Plaza Rossetti and all the activities there, it was very quiet at night. WiFi was slow and erratic in our room on the top floor. Front desk is not manned at night so need to plan around that.

This place is amazing. Perfect location in the center of old Nice, with nice cafes and restaurants at your door step. Easy walk to the beach and nearby attractions. Place was clean and comfortable. Only 2 things to note - if you are a light sleeper it can be a little noisy at night from people outside partying, and there are a few stairs to walk up to your room. That didn’t bother us at all though. Would definitely stay there again.

I was great to stay in the heart of the old town. And really modern clean spacious room rare in the old parts of town. Really secure. Only minor issue was no fridge - which was strange as the rooms certainly had the space for one.

A quiet, clean, minimalist-chic hotel that could not be more conveniently located. My one word of advice for both travelers and hotel management is that the hotel really needs to invest in opaque blackout curtains—the perfectly lovely linen curtains in my room did absolutely nothing to block out the hideous yellow glow of the streetlight opposite, which made it quite hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Great.visit Only France store past Rossetti church
Really great. Make it perfect?! The best but, add that their is stairs before I book and, after I’ve booked and you do the confirmation booking email include the door code with access times and information suited to international guests, include a map and link to directions?

Wonderful hotel except for the noise at night
My room faced the street and it was very noisy all night long. When the noise finally went away around 6am, then it was the garbage collectors. Everything else about the hotel was absolutely lovely.

Only stayed one night but we found the room very clean and spacious for a hotel right in the centre.Quirky hotel with unusual pictures and lamps. We stayed in an comfort plus room on the first floor. Didn't find it noisy but it was the end of March but good double glazed windows

super hotel, it is located in the old city. Superb everything. I did not have breakfast there because shops are just outside when you go outside of hotel. The room was quiet, clean & everything available. Internet perfect. Instruction as to get into the hotel after reception hours superb, the hotel called me, so I did not have to remember anything. The best !

Like Your Own Apt!
Nice little boutique hotel with large comfortable large rooms right in the middle of the old city. I would definitely stay here again. Note that it is a bit like an Air BnB in that there is no front desk, but there is somebody there during the day and readily available by phone if necessary. It is a great little place and kind of like having your own apartment in Nice!

Perfect for wandering Old Town and close to beach
Long romantic weekend wandering beautiful narrow streets full of restaurants. Popped on train to monte carlo for the day €7.50 return and a day on the beach in Nice. Hotel is a hidden gem.. Perfect if u just want a room and en suite... Right in thick of it.. Had room on front and wasnt noisy especially when window clised as air con on!

Everything was great for a one-night stay except there was no indication that nobody would be at the hotel to check us in at 5pm...? Stairs were difficult to take to the loft bed using crutches, but we made it work.
