A superb aparthotel. The staff here really are second to none and will go out of their way to do whatever it is you need them to do. Great location, quiet, well furnished and loads of supplies (they gave us a cot, baby bath, baby towels, high chair, plus all the usuals). Don’t hesitate in booking!

What a great bunch of staff at the property, who could not be faulted. Corina was a legend and made breakfast time such a great ( and filling) experience and went beyond what was expected in booking taxis, transfers and general advice on tourist trips. The breakfast is amazing and made fresh each morning with fresh bread and croissants from a local award winning patisserie. Property is in great location and is a nice traditional building with easy walk to the main areas of Nice and transport network. Rooms and amenities were good and handy with fridge, cooktop ( we didn’t use) and dishwasher. One thing to note is the bathrooms are old which is expected due to age of building and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for our daughter but other than. Those couple of items we couldn’t fault the hotel & experience

Short stay in Nice, visit to Monaco.
This was amazing. Very close to the train station and only a 15 min walk into old town Nice. We loved it. The building is delightful and the breakfast incredible, served in the garden. Really fabulous and helpful people. We would definitely return and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent stay, with a huge full service room. The check-in was all automatic, easy to get in, and our room was huge in euro standards. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and the game room downstairs was good to relax in. Not a far walk to lots of shopping and stores close by.

Thank you, we had a nice stay.
We had few Concerns the first day, the team handled it in a nice way. the team is very attentive and try to help with all your needs. the location is centered and very convenient very close to supermarkets, restaurants, train station, tram, old nice..... the parking next door ( its not owned by the hotel)it's extremely expensive around 40 euro per night.

A welcome retreat in Nice
Our stay at Residence Lamartine was thoroughly enjoyable. Comfortable, clean and close to everything we needed. Ainoa, Julien, and Rodrigo were welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent and all of the staff pleasant. Thank you!

Wonderful stay with lots of fun!!
It was the first time we came to Nice and stayed at this wonderful residence. Ainoa and Julian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as expected. Ainoa was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to giving tips and advices about the city and other things to do around town. She took time to answer all our questions and concerns and created an nice itinerary for our stay. We cannot thank her enough for her assistance and hospitality. The residence itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and central. It's convenience for our family with all the amenities needed. We will definitely come back to this place in the future! A very warm welcome
It was a pleasure to stay here - the location is great, about a 10min walk from both the airport tram and the central train station. Ainoa and Julian were friendly and professional, they gave me such a warm welcome and were really helpful. Amazing pastries at breakfast! The room was comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous little hotel, with the friendly staff and lovely personal touches. It's very quite, clean and comfortable but also very centrally located and only a 15 min walk to the sea front.

Best location, wonderful place.
The place was great. We walked in and the place was spotless. The place has a lot of space, and the location couldnt be better. The location is a few minutes walk from the station, to the town centre/high street and even the local gardens. We were there for 4 nights and visited other cities, once we were back tired, the service was great and the place was cleaned up. The owners are very reliable and very friendly if you ask and speak to them. We would definitely go back and stay here.

Fantastic apartment close to all nice has to offer
Fantastic apartments close to the centre of Nice, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the ground floor had a games room, areas to relax and a garden. The apartment was modern, very well equipped and both quiet and dark at night so we had great nights sleep. Highly recommended

Great apartment hotel in the heart of Nice
There are 4 apartments on our floor and we had the biggest apartment. The apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was small but well equipped and we cooked our meals rather than ate out the week we were there. There was also a Nepresso-Krups coffee machine. Beds were comfortable. There is laundry and drying for 8€, well equipped gym, billiard and games room and a tiny but beautiful garden. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is walkable to many attractions including the Notre Dame and Old Nice. It is also less than 5 minutes to Monoprix, a supermarket which sells cooked meals and bakery, and many other nice bakeries. It is also closed to the only KFC and McDonald's I saw in Nice.We had KFC the first night we arrived at 9 pm. Bus 57, which goes pass Old Nice and the conference centre called the Acropolis, stops just opposite the apartment. Tram line 1 is less than 5 minutes walk and Tram 2, which takes you to and from the airport, is about 10 minutes easy walk, even with luggage. Just watch out for the dog poos!

The staff at the apart hotel were great, everyone from the receptionists to the cleaners everyone is really friendly and easy to talk to. You're about a 5 minute walk to the main strip where the tram lines are which will take you down to the city centre, ideal.

Close to most things in Nice
Great little hotel in central Nice, close to main shopping street & easy walking to train station & about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town area with lots of bars & restaurants. Hotel has full cooking facilities & figured out after finding the switch to work the shutters. All the staff are very helpful. 2nd time staying here this month, with comfortable beds. Only minor issue, it's quite a step up to get into shower/combined bath & no grab rail. Remember to let them know if arriving at unusual hours as the front door is locked. Recommended.

Great option for overnight or long stay
The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. The service was outstanding and they also gave us great suggestions on where to go and how to get around. It was close to the city center and an easy walk to good restaurants and shops. The location was also close to the main train station. We felt a little unsafe walking through the neighborhood at night.

Modernised & very handy
This was a very nice place to stay, my room was a garden view and was very quiet. The rooms have been renovated very nicely, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good sleep, which is my most important thing when reviewing a hotel room. I was on the 4th floor & there is a lift. I was surprised to find a kitchen setup and a Nespresso machine. They have a light breakfast available at extra cost, but there are plenty of cafes & restaurants close by. It is a reasonable close walk to the train station & just around the corner from the main shopping street. My only small criticism would be that the curtains are not full light block out & secondly it is quite a step up into the bath/shower with no "grab rail". The staff & reception are very helpful & friendly, but they like to know if you are arriving at later hours as the front door is locked. Your room key is also the front door key. Would I stay there again, a definite yes.

Really nice place in a great location. Parking was also available which was a plus. The receptionist, Valerie was very friendly and helpful in explaining local amenities to us. Great experience - would book again!

From the moment I booked, I was thrilled because immediately they sent a welcome email. The property has a stellar location. It is clean, elegant, and the actual units are modern. Even the sheets had a wonderful smell. They have laundry facilities on site, a pool table and gorgeous sitting areas both inside and out. The staff is marvelous. They actually initiate conversations and make suggestions on where to go. I will book again with them when in the south of France. Wifi was strong which is important for a tourist as I made reservations on it for uber and other things. The front desk even helped me make a full day tour and got me a reduced rate. Exquisite from start to finish.

Went with the reviews and not disappointed. Conveniently located in town. Nice place with friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Very clean bathroom. Was spoilt by someone in the room above crashing and banging. Probably should have a notice up to respect others below.

Studio style rooms offering all the benefits of a good regular hotel plus facilities for cooking a great meal. Exactly what we were looking for! On our last trip to Nice two years back, we were in awe by the all the fresh food available at the local morning market along Avenue Malaussena. Fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables at affordable prices. We plotted a plan to come back and 'live like a local' for a week. What an experience! For good bagguette, look no further than Boulangerie Pâtisserie Albert Planchais along Rue Russie. Baguette is baked throughout the day for freshness, unbeatable. A local Monoprix (supermarket) close to the residence is useful for good selection of groceries and reasonable quality wine and cheeses.
