"The accommodation is satisfactory clean with standard room furniture. Our toilet didn’t work… we had to pour water down it to get it to flush"

"The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The room appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was especially concerning, it had visible stains and looked unhygienic to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it at all. Because of this, our group had to squeeze three people into each bed. "
