"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"My sister and her family met mine for a long weekend. We have 4 kids under 10years. The beach access is incredible, but having only one pool the kids could enjoy was tough. We had to find other things to do to change things up a bit. The property is beautiful. We had a relaxing time. "

"The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of an incident where I asked if I could leave my car in the front for 15 minutes. Despite two cars being parked there for two days already, I was told I couldn't. I was in a massive rush and urgently needed to do something quickly. The afternoon staff member's refusal was not acceptable given the circumstances. The evening and morning crew were awesome and super friendly."

"I love the Front Desk woman name Mariana. She was professional and very nice. I can appreciate the early check-in as well because we missed our flight. The aparthotel we stayed in was nice and spacious. Although we didn’t have towels or wash cloths in our room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. "
