"There is absolutely no method, after over 60 nights I have spent at this hotel over the last 16 months, for keeping track of the luggage racks, and no attempt by management to simply track them. There are 4 floors in this hotel, in a classic square hallways design, so rooms can be pretty far from the parking lot doors, and luggage carts are very important. The management cavalier attitude about their non- return for hours and overnights, or even all day, being inside the rooms of people who used them and don't return them, is regrettable, and downright lousy management. I'm tired of it. Never again."
