10/10 Excellent

"Fortunately I was able to book this hotel last-minute when I had a canceled flight. It’s very convenient to the airport and the shuttle is a nice bonus. The room was spacious & spotless with a lovely shower, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking if you need it. They also had a complementary breakfast with lattes which is very nice if you are stranded. The front desk staff were all extra friendly and professional which means a lot when you already have a stressful travel situation. Would definitely stay here again."

"A very nice place outside the airport to spend a night before continuing on your trip. The property is probably very new as everything looks extremely clean. The bathroom looks brand new with a very nice showerhead. The hotel was quiet even though we were on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. I recommend this property."

"Paid extra for a corner room and asked for highest floor possible. Was stuck on 2nd floor with only window facing a wall 5 ft outside and an ac unit. Room was clean but extremely outdated. Couch in room was completely worn out and kind of gross. Pool was closed. Says they attached to Cassidy’s which is true but they are only open 2 days a week."

"Hold auths were incorrectly placed on my credit card prior to my arrival despite my reservation stating "pay at property". I called this hotel directly a month before my arrival to ensure I was charged for 2 additional rooms and that my additional guest would pay for their own rooms using their own confirmation codes. Additional Auth hold and payment were still placed on my cards incumbering my funds and taking days to be corrected. If hotel staff would have waited until my arrival at property per "pay at property", the situation would have been avoided. We were also charged $150/night for incidentals that were not conveyed at time of reservations made using Expedia. Totally blindsided by these extra auth holds on my credit card. Totally ruined this trip."

"Honestly, this hotel was way better than I expected. The staff was super friendly and made check-in really easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and actually felt relaxing instead of just being “another hotel room.” Everything throughout the hotel was well kept, and you could tell they cared about making guests have a good experience. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely stay here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to stay."
