"Our room AC wasn't working and it was miserable. Hotel staff moved us to a room with a balcony. We had balcony door open all night to trying to get the room cool enough."

Everything throughout the hotel was very clean, and all of the staff members we interacted with were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendliness really made a positive difference in our experience. The only small issue we noticed was that the walls near the hallway seemed a bit thin, and we could hear people walking by at times. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."
