"Absolutely brilliant from start to finish staff were absolutely amazing, had a double rather than a booked twin but changed the room instantly without any issues. Concierge was really pleasant, couldn't fault it apart from didn't have a 24hr bar which admittedly is few and far between now. Raissa was so welcoming and genuine, will definitely be coming back "

"If I could give this property 6 stars I would! The location is amazing! Roughly a 5-7 min walk from the train that connects many of London’s attractions. Very clean hotel and very nice staff. The view was amazing as well & was not too noisy at nighttime (with the tourists). I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London. "

"Made to feel very welcome with welcoming gifts of wine, chocolates and fruit were left in the rooms. Fruit and iced water was available in reception every afternoon, which was a welcome addition. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Staff very friendly. "
