"The caravan was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We found the beds comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The swimming pool was good and my children really liked the play area. The location is excellent as bus stops to the seafront and Havant are very close by as well as a Lidl to get any supplies needed. We were unable to get in the swimming pool much as it was always fully booked. Not sure if it was closed or if we should have booked sessions more in advance of our stay. The splash pad was out of order during our stay which was a bit disappointing for the kids as it looked fun. We ate a few times in the restaurant. The quality was nice but we found it pricey. The menu advertised main meals from £10 but we could not find anything available for this price during our stay. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would return/recommend."

"Room was clean, everything there we needed. Easy access being on ground floor. Staff were very helpful. Meals in restaurant and bar were excellent. We didn't have breakfasts. Sadly, we thought they were included. Our fault, we didn't read the description properly."

"Grace Cottage is a lovely place to stay in a gorgeous waterside location. It could not have been better placed. We loved the sunny front terrace overlooking the Slipper pond. A perfect suit for an early morning mug of tea or a sunset drink. Overall the cottage and facilities were well sorted and comfortable. We appreciated the private parking, the BBQ and the well equipped kitchen, although we were surprised there was no cafetiere or coffee machine. The beds and pillows were less comfortable than we would have expected for a cottage of this quality. Given the exceedingly hot weather we took the precaution of bringing our own fans, it would've been helpful if these had been provided."

"We had a lovely stay , helped by beautiful weather. We found the location excellent being so close to the quay, Although we weren’t used to the noise of people go past at night, it didn’t disturb us, as it usually went quiet around 11 pm. We loved the parking, which is tricky in Emsworth; we used the train so didn’t need to get the car out. It’s very well equipped and spacious, with a beautiful view. All in all really excellent!!"

"We had a lovely 5 days stay. Excellent location and great enclosed garden. We were a family girls group and there was plenty of room in the property for us all not to be on top of each other! Very well equipped kitchen. Will be back!"

"This property was a tale of two halves...The property itself is beautiful - in a stunning location, very well presented, spacious, luxurious. It is huge - ideal for groups of friends or multiple families to spend a relaxing weekend in a really lovely location. We were thrilled to be able to stay there.But on arrival, the property wasn't clean. We asked for fresh bedding for one bed that had obviously been slept in (which was provided but we had to remove the dirty sheets and make the bed ourselves). The floors hadn't been hoovered (we were given a hoover and told to do it ourselves). We asked for fresh bedding for all beds (because we were nervous) but it didn't come so we had to just make do.In addition, there were lots of little details that made it feel like this host is new to hosting, or hasn't actually considered what is needed to stay in a property for a length of time. We had to ask for tea towels for the kitchen, and for bath mats (the showers are all open stalls that spray water all over the bathroom). Some bedrooms didn't have bedside lamps, none of them had a bin (either in the bedroom or an ensuite bathroom). Considering that this property sleeps 10 people there was only outdoor seating for about 4, and some of that was broken. This property has the potential to be amazing, and with a bit more attention to detail, we would highly recommend visiting it. But our experience was not worth the (considerable sum of) money that we paid for it. "

"Very nice location and perfect for a short stay. Minor criticism the settee is very uncomfortable and one of the beds, the one without en-suite needs sorting as you roll into middle. Luckily I was not sleeping in it"
