"Flat was in an excellent location for us being just across the road from a lovely dog friendly beach with a cafe that did fabulous breakfasts. We were very happy with our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. However I will mention that the outside area is very scruffy and bins were overflowing with lots of bottles on the floor. "The company managing the property only seemed interested in telling us about their requirement to make an arrangement to cover breakages at the property during our stay. We could either pay an insurance fee or a deposit which would be returned minus an administration fee 14 days after we vacated the property - why 14 days? There was no clear information about this requirement until after the booking was made, by which time we could not cancel. We assumed that due to the operation of a scheme...

"Very comfortable and well equipped apartment for 2 people. In a great location in Alnwick with the additional benefit of parking close by. Many attractions of Northumberland within easy driving distance of Alnwick. Alnwick Castle itself is a must visit during your stay."

"We spent 3 nights at this apartment in Newbiggin. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, and well-equipped; a real home away from home. Please note that the location of the accommodation is within a residential estate and is a terraced block. We were able to hear noise and conversations from neighbouring properties and so felt very conscious of our own noise levels when in the apartment.
