The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Montreal."

"The room cleaning was very poor. Came back one day the cleaners had left our room ajar! Other days not cleaned by 4 PM, then not allowed to clean the room while we were in there. Tea not replaced during a week long stay. Otherwise clean, comfortable and great location."
