The Staff was exceptionally good and professional, the hotel needs some upgrades. The amenities like Continental breakfast NOT include EGGS only bread and cereals. The room not have iron you need to request, TV needs to be updated they are olds and low service of channels, the TV remote control doesnā€™t work and not have lid was cover tape. The location was great in Kissimmee near to old town in Kissimmee.

The location is good close to all. The room had fruit flys couldnā€™t get rid of all of them told the staff and nothing was done. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and corner of walls. Room smelled bad had to get air freshener. I wonā€™t stay there again.

Thank you! What really stood out to me was the combination of a spotless room and exceptional staff service. Great, quick check-in. Person was very nice and efficent. Assigned room as requested (quiet, away from elevator, first floor). The room was clean and freezing at check in. Minimal light and practically no counter space. a thin board across a hard plastic chair does not a desk make. The microwave as on the floor. No designated closet, no drawers. TV was big and plenty of channels. No USB near beds, no desk lights-overhead lights either. Old alarm clocks. At least upgrade to clocks with USB plug-ins. Bathtub slippery no anti-slip mats. Super Dangerous and mom almost slipped . Ok for 1 night stay not for any longer period of time. Did not try breakfast

Everything good about the room. Breakfast is simple but effective. Sometimes too many people in a small area for breakfast. Run out of coffee creamer twice and nothing to replace it. Otherwise a reasonable price for a decent room.
