If it wasn’t for Alejandro at front desk I would have given five stars, he was rude.
Cidra was very attentive making sure all was perfect for everyone eating
Catalina was exceptional- very kind happy welcoming and made an excellent customer service experience
The room was exceptional.
The staff was nice and our view was fantastic. We could see icon park rides from our window and had a beautiful sunset from out window.
Parking fees $16 a day.
Above expectations. Very clean and well maintained environment. Room was very comfortable an s spacious. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great price and location! Bed was soft, staff was nice… but most importantly for us… we were able to have our pup with us for our vacation and unlike a lot of hotels we were allowed to keep her in the room, while kenneled, when we were out! This will be our go to hotel for all future trips! :)
The staff there was excellent! I have to Mention, John Housekeeping, full of energy and fun! Hey John, the Staff at Desk and Marie and Marcia and everyone at breakfast just so great . Definitely will stay there again!
