This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention it was 89-98 degrees outside. Having 2 small children and my disabled mother sleep in these unbearable heat conditions was horrible. The host was not able to move us to a different room and claimed “ the issue was a lack of complete information provided in the listing” when I stated the room I got was not what was listed. The vents have paper and tape over them so air can’t flow and circulate properly. I’ve used this site to book numerous hotels and this was by far the WORST stay. The lobby was hot as well. The staff was not friendly by any means. There were no washcloths anywhere to be found. An EXTREME let down. Beware when choosing to stay here. Great location but miserable stay!
