The Space:

The tiny home feels open and airy, its mid‑century modern touches adding a calm rhythm to your Orlando stay. After a day of theme parks or downtown exploring, you sink into the living area, the Smart TV humming with your favorite shows as the gentle hum of the air‑conditioner keeps the heat at bay. A quiet evening on the fenced patio, string lights glowing overhead, rounds out the perfect blend of city energy and neighborhood peace.



Sleeping arrangements

The single bedroom holds one comfortable bed and comfortably sleeps up to three guests. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, so you can settle in without a second thought.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook at home, complete with a coffee maker for easy mornings. Bar‑height seating at the countertop offers a casual spot for meals, work, or planning the day ahead, while the open layout keeps the space feeling connected.



Bathroom & laundry

The renovated bathroom includes all bathroom essentials and fresh towels. A free washer and dryer sit inside the unit, adding convenience for longer stays.

Access & extras

Self check‑in through a smart lock lets you arrive on your schedule. Free on‑premises parking and additional street parking are available. Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace in the common area support work or planning, while the single‑level layout ensures easy movement throughout the home.



Whether you’re here for work, leisure, or a mix of both, this refreshed tiny home offers a calm, comfortable base from which to explore Orlando.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
