"Fast check in, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. It's not the fanciest hotel in the world, but it isn't claiming to be. Good range of tea/coffee in the room, comfy bed, and easy to use air conditioning in the room. Walking distance to a small town centre with lots of food options, and literally next door to a petrol station if you just wanted a snack. Would definitely stay again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay."

"Caroline was an excellent host. The property is compact, well -designed, and spacious. Good kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed!We have family in Haywards Heath, and were able to walk there on a lovely bridlepath through the qoods. All excellent. Nice pub and shops walkable.Look forward to returning."

"We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b"
