"The casino itself was great. My room 20005 was not clean . The phone, counter Area was dirty, the shower didn’t work, the shower floor was not cleaned. The cell phone charger was dirty. I was disappointed in the room . Los Vegas itself was great . I can’t recommend to The Flamingo to a friend."

"I love Excalibur however the customer service is really disappeared. There is no front desk staff anymore and it's very difficult to get service in the casino. There is a horrible sewer smell at the doors for the pool and main floor rooms plus wifi is rarely available in the room."
