Poor signage to hotel parking area, dirty stained carpet in bedroom shower so hot much difficulty reducing the temperature Wedding party at the venue so disturbed frequently through the night by other guests No soundproofing and lots of banging doors

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford
The room was small, bedding didn’t feel luxurious at all, pillows very thin. The doors to the rooms were not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor.
