"RIU Palace exceeded my expectations, the doorbell and receptionist made me feel like in paradise with warm welcome. Waiters are very nice, they pay attention to your needs at each restaurants and always smiling. Hotel extremely clean, daily activities for every age, safe hotel and familiar. This is my second time staying in this hotel, my husband and I traveled with 2 kids(4&11years old)."

"This property was very good, the only issue was that the elevator did not work for our entire stay, and being on the 3rd floor was very tiring…The breakfast buffet was outstanding, but lunch and dinner was marginal at best, the same things every day for lunch and dinner with the buffet…As for the resturant everything pretty much tasted the Same… "

"Our entire family of 5 was so impressed by everythig about the Royal Haciendas experience. Our room was a 2 bedroom family suite and had everything we needed and much more. The room location was perfect and right across from one of the children's play pools and close to the main lobby and market. The food at every location we tried was delicious and service was impeccable. The staff take pride in what they do and go out of their way to welcome you "home". We can't wait to come back! "
