Very private mini-estate just a 2 minute walk to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive. Completely walled and gated for privacy. Spacious open concept floor plan. The Property Owners have created the perfect Palm Springs vacation home rental where it's all about relaxing in the sunshine.

Welcome to Citrus Twist, where iconic mid-century architecture meets a private setting and gorgeous mountain views to create a fabulous vacation paradise. This classic mid mod home (circa 1956) has been lovingly restored - respecting its architectural pedigree while updating it for the way we live today. 4 flat screen televisions, hi speed internet access, updated baths, gas fireplace, a misting system, and all the other modern conveniences are paired with period-inspired art and furnishings to create the quintessential Palm Springs experience.

THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This home is bright, comfortable, impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is gorgeous in its simplicity - with an understated, unpretentious elegance throughout. You'll find clean lines, high ceilings, concrete floors, an open concept floor plan and lots of glass to let the light pour in while looking out onto the very private pool yard. The living room, den, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. The kitchen has been recently remodeled to a high standard, it's sparkling clean and sports a large new stainless steel refrigerator. It also comes with choice of drip coffee or Nespresso espresso.

SLEEPING QUARTERS (K,K,Q)
Citrus Twist offers two large King suites and one Queen suite. One King and one Queen are in the main house and one King in the separate casita with a desk and chair. All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, remodeled en suite baths with walk-in showers, flat screen television, sitting area, and ample storage. Each suite is furnished like a boutique hotel - stylish, warm, welcoming and comfortable. You are going to love it here. As a bonus, the leather sofa bed in the den features a Tempur-pedic mattress that's almost queen-sized.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Located on a quiet residential street in the historic Deepwell Neighborhood, this property captures the magic of Southern California glamour in true Palm Springs-style. The convenient city location is softened by privacy walls, mature plantings, towering palms and gorgeous landscaping that is drought-conscious and lush at the same time. The entire property has been walled and gated for privacy and is surrounded by a 10 foot tall mature ficus hedge.

The backyard itself is a slice of heaven. So private, spacious and well-planned. The awesome mountain views through the swaying palm trees is pure magic. The heated saltwater pool with integrated waterfall spa is surrounded by the fire pit lounge and the covered dining pavilion. You'll find a gas barbecue, plenty of poolside chaise lounges, and a rolling green lawn that is great for kids, pets and lawn games.

LOCATION

This home is not only in a great neighborhood, it's walkable to a nice supermarket and several good restaurants and bars.

POLICIES

Optional Pool Heating is recommended October thru May: $69/night. Instead of that, Monthly guests pay actual Gas/Electricity usage.

"Pre-approved", well-behaved dogs are welcome. $150 Per Dog Fee (taxable). Sorry, no cats.

Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).

Renter must agree to provide photo ID and sign separate rental contact as required for all vacation rentals by the City of Palm Springs. Per Palm Springs City rules, music is not allowed to be heard outside the house at any time.

Great Secluded Palm Springs Oasis
This is a great property and is very private for those who seek that. House was very clean, communications were clear with Owner whose an extremely nice guy and it’s situated in Deepwell Estates which we like because it’s more South and you don’t have to content with the winds. Pool and spa were great, welcome little gift with a card always adds an extra touch and we had a great time and we are highly discretionary and selective. Highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking in Palm Springs. Also has a nice detached Casita in addition to a great layout in the house. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful stay my family and I had at your beautiful Palm Springs home. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the outdoor spaces were simply breathtaking. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub, taking in the beautiful sunsets, and cooking dinner on the grill. Throughout our stay, your communication and hospitality were exceptional. You went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable and stress-free.
