"We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Location is very convenient and only steps to the beach. This section of the beach was absolutely beautiful. Clean and not overcrowded. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Ice maker worked great! There were plenty of fresh towels for bathing. Nice touch with the extra beach items that were available. If we make it back to PCB, we will be booking here again! "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time at this home. It felt a lot like our home. Only issue I had was it smelled like a dog, and my allergies had a breakout as if a cat may have been they're prior to our stay. But it is a pet friendly home, so I understand. Overall great accommodations and loved, loved the location!!"

"The house was very clean and well decorated. Two bedrooms with two full baths were downstairs while all living areas and another bed/bath upstairs. The pool was clean and close to the house; was rarely occupied so had it to ourselves most of the time. The pool area could use some upgrades and it is not heated. The beach access was two blocks away but did require to cross a busy street (Thomas Dr). The house came with a collapsible wagon and beach gear, which did make it nice. The area of the beach from the access was quiet and not busy at all. There is not much of a beach or water view from the house but the overall stay was wonderful. "

"Elevator didn’t work wasn’t told that prior to booking, fire alarms went off all night all week long, property manager had terrible communication, bonfire was cancelled, switched it to dolphin tour and they didn’t have our reservation. Just awful experience good luck if you book this. "

"Check in was really easy. My wife got down a hour or so before me and had no issue. House is amazing. Everyone loved the heated pool and having beach chairs available saved us a lot of space coming down. "

"This house was great, very clean and well organized. We loved the beach. The heater in the pool didn't work so we never got a chance to enjoy the pool. The Hot Tub was nice but needed cleaning. We wound up cleaning it our selves. This house would be great for a large family gathering. Tons of beds. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall great experience. "
