Hello, We are again sorry for what happened that night and for the attitude of the receptionist the next day. Let's not forget that as soon as you reported the fault to us, it was solved within 10 minutes. In addition we offered you a bottle of wine to apologise for the inconvenience and a box of chocolates for your birthday when you arrived.
