Even thought that hotel has lowes price, It is very reliable and remarkable place. We had just transportation problem because of strike in Paris.

The hotel was filthy, room were not ready for check in, had to wait 2 hours and they still where not clean to a good standard. No facility mentioned when booking was offered, the entire hotel had no hair dryer or iron. Breakfast has no cooked option and was ridiculously expensive. Hotel staff did not seemed bothered about delivery or caring out customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, please do not waste your money, guest comfort is not a priority for them.

I was staying here as it was very close to an event I was attending. Check in was abit confusing and slow but once that was done room was average but I was only using it for sleeping. Two issues I had was once I got my room and was sorting my bags out either an housekeeping manager or other manager came into my room asking me to leave to which I said I've only just checked in also on my last night loud music and extreme banging within the rooms and corridors late at night and nothing seemed to of been done about it.

run down hotel but convenient for bus station
entrance very run down. staff in ibis hotel not hopeful at directing to Ibis budget). Room clean but run down and scruffy (discoloured paintwork and flooring in bathroom) It was hot and no aircon and not able to open window. Otherwise bed clean and comfortable, basic but functional. convenient for bus station. if it had been 50euro rather than 100 i would have been happy

Dirty room, floor not even swept, towels not clean, no air con and window only opened an inch so didn’t sleep as it was too hot. The surrounding area is awful, for £80 a night it was very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nothing special with reasonable price
Overall not bad, nothing special. Standard room with bed and shower. All what I needed for comfortable sleeping. Not far from subway and bus stations, so the city will be well-accessible. McDonalds and shopping center with Auchan are nearby also - you can eat there. The only problem is the vending machines in lobby doesn't accept credit cards, only cash - especially coins. It could be a problem. Local area sometimes is occupied with strange people, usually at night, but it's no too dangerous.

Honest review Ibis budget hotel
Not understanding much french is partly my fault but we found the staff at the main reception very unhelpful, however the staff at the Ibis budget reception helped several times. The workings of the lifts isn't clearly explained so had to use what information we had and figure out the rest. There was nothing to hang on the door to say busy/resting etc, so several times we had the cleaners just open the door, once without knocking. We found the breakfast not so desirable, with the options of cereals, toast, yoghurt and hot drinks. No other hot foods. Would be nice to see what the options are before having to pay. However, most days we left after 11am and everyone we found our bed remade. Often we don't experience this at other hotels unless requested. We did find the kids bed (above) was never touched. Unsure if this is a bed which is never touched or just missed. We understand you get what you pay for. This is not complaining, this is just stating what was experienced. Based on all the above, we would likely use this hotel again.

Unfortunately, I did not get the bed without the extra bed above even when I told the lady that I stayed at Ibis monthly. The staff at Montreuil was more helpful to my request.

I stayed for one night, it was super close to the tram station, however, the room was questionable. Look at the photos I post with this review. It was super gross, but outside of it felt like pee, and the room seems to have... Black mold or something. Scary lol

it was good that the staff during our check in can speak fluent english. when we got back to the hotel at night to take the blanket, pillow and bedsheet for the 3rd bed,the staff couldn't speak english at all and had a hard time understanding each other. in the morning, the liquid soap in the dispenser was also finished so we went to the reception but was told they had no more of it. at night i went to ask again, but a different staff gave us the liquid soap. So it was up to the discretion of the staff to lie or say no to us? the maid was friendly and greeted us in the morning. the reception provided hot water to us upon request. furthermore, the whole floor was non-smoking but someone smoked outside our room for one hour in the middle of the night. i had a hard time sleeping as i was suffocating.hotel staff didn't do anything about it. overall, the location is good and room is clean, except for the bathtub. my mom fell in the bathtub as it was too high, and find it difficult to get in and out of it to take a shower.
