Not understanding much french is partly my fault but we found the staff at the main reception very unhelpful, however the staff at the Ibis budget reception helped several times. The workings of the lifts isn't clearly explained so had to use what information we had and figure out the rest. There was nothing to hang on the door to say busy/resting etc, so several times we had the cleaners just open the door, once without knocking. We found the breakfast not so desirable, with the options of cereals, toast, yoghurt and hot drinks. No other hot foods. Would be nice to see what the options are before having to pay.
However, most days we left after 11am and everyone we found our bed remade. Often we don't experience this at other hotels unless requested. We did find the kids bed (above) was never touched. Unsure if this is a bed which is never touched or just missed.
We understand you get what you pay for. This is not complaining, this is just stating what was experienced.
Based on all the above, we would likely use this hotel again.
