Hotel was fine but nothing remarkable. Parking great but location and transport links were poor. Much further out of Paris centre than we realised. Brett for stade de France though

ITS CLEAR THE PROPERTY IS IN NEED OF UPGRADE,MAIN ENTRANCE HAS INTERLOCK LIFTING ,DISTINCT ODOUR WHEN YOU ENTER HOTEL ,LIMITED AIR CONDITIONING , POOR HOT WATER,THE REMOTE FOR TV DIDNT WORK,FIRE DOOR TO STAIRWELL PROPED OPEN, AND FINALLY A DIRTY CLEANEX AS WE ENTERED THE ROOM.

Basic stop over hotel
Basic hotel. No food onsite other than ftozen pizza eaten in your room. Takeouts near by UBER EATS Room ok, comfortable but basic. Ok for a stop over. Felt very rushed, short staffed. Not a hotel to holiday in. Somewhere to sleep before/after Disney ideal. 4 euros for a tiny cup of coffee, rip off!

We have just had a stay at this hotel after a long drive from dover. We arrived at 10.45pm and went straight to bed. We woke up the next morning and myself, husband and children all woke up with red bites all over our bodies. Very stressful and upsetting start to our holiday.

Great hotel with secure parking in middle of industrial estate. I stay here often when visiting fairs @ local Le Bourget trade fairs expo centre

Worst Hotel Ever
The hotel facilities were no existent, limited food that ran out midday on Saturday, no rooms were cleaned! Bed was so uncomfortable I have had to have a professional look at my back pain caused by the bed!!! Not very happy at all. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I’m said to say

Dear David, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the stay did not meet your expectation. As said at Reception, we avoid daily room cleaning because of covid-19 safety measures unless you asked every morning. Our restaurant is opened from Monfday to friday noon. Snack available on weekend. We are proud to do our maximum even during these COVID period where more than most hotels are closed. Best regards.

Stuff were very polite and professional and helpful, I didn’t like the location of hotel as the best access was taxi to get you to nearest public transport, also I would recommend for people with special diet to check out the menu before booking,

Clean room, staff is friendly and helpful. Child friendly hotel as they have few games for children and keep them busy. Free parking which is very helpful. Car park is secured. Location is good if you have your own car otherwise this hotel is outside main City attractions. In your car you can go to all main city attractions in 30 - 35 min time which is good. Breakfast is OK, can be improved.

No service hotel in the middle of nowhere. The least they could have done is provide a shuttle to the bus stop or Metro instead it was a 15 min walk through deserted streets to the main road and the busstop. Food was terrible - buffet for dinner with very little suitable for a person with lactose intolerance.

Amazing staff but facilities are disappointing
The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice however upon entering our room the tv and fridge were off and the hot water was not working. We had to change rooms and were not offered any complimenteries for this. The pool was not working for the whole of our four night stay the kids were not happy. When asking for the iron it went missing and had to leave the hotel one day with without ironing. We would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Amazing location and free parking were the best benefits as well as a pool table and football table for the kids.

Great breakfast but point location
We planned to stay in this hotel at the end of a holiday to several places to relax before coming home as the hotel has a pool- however on arrival we’re advised that the pool was not in use. As a result we were travelling into Paris every day which was both costly and not the relaxing by the pool we had hoped for. However the room was clean although overall the hotel dated, the bathroom immaclate and new. The hotel is a distance from attractions and I would guess better for jut a one off night while waiting to catch next flight. Most staff were really friendly and helpful.

Good hotel away from city
Last day of of trip. Was chosen, to be close to CDG airport. Staff was friendly and facilities were good. Bit far from city For shopping and food options. If you have your own transportation, it is ideal.

Industrial site . Literally bed and sleep but ok room . Disappointed in there being no milk or sugars for coffees. But at least had a kettle . We arrived very late with children so I did not want to ask reception and we left too early in morning to bother . Room next to the lift so did not sleep very well either as was woken up through the night .

Hotel is located on middle of nowhere and very scary neighborhood. The only restaurant in and close by the hotel was closed most of the time during our stay. Commuting to and from hotel was too expensive. Air condition was not working. Carpet in the room has stain all over. Brought to attention to the front desk, they are response was they only work for that night/day, so couldn't do anything about it.

Hotel is out in the sticks. Literally middle of nowhere. Sound proofing in the room is also poor a lot of outside noise can be heard. Doors are heavy and every opening and closing can be heard

Nice hotel and stay
The hotel is clean and tidy although a bit oldish. The location is a bit remote in a sort of semi-industrial area so you'd better have a car but not necessary. I think you can get fairly easily to Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris. The stay in itself was quite good. Room clean and tidy, spacious with sofa, and the sleep is nice and calm. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, for the price I paid for this 4 stars hotel, I think it is a very good deal.
