Fantastic well worth another visit!

Fantastic Venue, Breakfast was a really nice place to be with great food. Bar and bowling alley were great. Free shuttle service to local station was really good and staff were really helpful. Bed was super comfy.

Couldn’t fault the hotel as a whole although the breakfast spread wasn’t as fresh as I’d liked and don’t understand the no swimming shorts rule for the pool

12mins away from Disneyland Paris, Excellent duplex room for families, fridge, kettle, stove, large clean rooms, great shower and easy parking. Staff helpful, excellent Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, plus spa and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use). Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney. Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor!

You wont feel welcome at all if you are muslim specially womens with hijab , if you used the pool with hijab you will be kicked out and they will tell you thats our hotel policy , dont recommend it

Nice hotel for a short stay

This hotel looks very nice and has a lot of facilities. Pity is that the swimming pool for children (up to 18) is only open from 6-10 and 17-19 and it was totally occupied by babies and toddlers making it for my teenage daughters too loud to swim quietly. For breakfast, children of 12 and over are suddenly considered as adults. Housekeeping is very good, maisionette too hot as airconditioning does not work in winter, socket outlets were not working! Bowling too expensive as it has a price per play, 10€/adult and 8€/child, so having 36€ per play of like 30-40 minutes. Italian restaurant is very good, somewhat expensive. After 2 nights I was still positive and booked this hotel again but after a week I used all other facilities I cancelled this hotel and booked another place.

Rooms looked a little tired, lack of plug outlets, carpet worn out and our room had had a patch of carpet cut out and swapped which looked poor, lack of good quality tea/coffee making facilities. Spa does not have a jacuzzi which surprised us.

Very disappointed in this hotel. It promotes having family friendly activities but ensure you read the fine print. There are extra costs to everything. We there are limited hours families/kids are allowed in the pool, and the restaurant seems to only open in the late evening (after 7pm). This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone with children. Also we ran out of hot water and had issues with our television, for the local hotel it claims to be, we had better luck at best western.

Les points positifs : l’accueil, le spa avec horaire spécifique pour les enfants, le restaurant italien que je recommande et l’ambiance générale. Les points négatifs : pas de peignoir et de chaussons en chambre executive ce qui oblige d’aller au spa habillé et qu’il n’y a pas de cabine pour se changer. J’ai trouvé cela mesquin et peu pratique. Pas d’eau minérale non plus, Petit déjeuner très bruyant et pas de très bonne qualité pour le prix.
