Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hello, good morning. This hotel charged us again for the room we had already paid for. Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel.
