Room was ok but beds uncomfortable. My nephew got bed bugs in the crib.
Air conditioner was not working; we flagged it 2 days in a row and staff said they sent someone but nothing was done.
Bathroom was remodeled but Ill conceived, every shower was creating a flood in the washroom, we had to block using the towels.
Garage was a pain to open and close: instead of giving us a code, we had to call every time; to enter the garage, you actually have to get out of the car, walk over to the polycom and ring. Once, we rang for 10 minutes and no one would answer. We had to drive backwards in order not to block the way, go upstairs and ask front desk to let us out.
Staff was either nice and clueless, or simply rude. Some would not even let us finish our sentence before they assumed what the issue was. We speak fluent french.
This is a house for the elderly and empty rooms are rented out to tourists. In theory this makes sense, the location is great, the local is well maintained and remodeled, but good intentions are not enough. This residence needs tighter management and a more customer-focuses approach if they wish to continue renting out to tourists.
