"Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again. "

"Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and covered deck. I was in a 1BDRM king suite with a beautiful fire place. There is no elevator to the 2nd for units but the maintenance staff was happy to help bring our things up. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again."

"This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options were great, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, I don’t have anything bad to say about our stay!! Their pet fee was only $15 which is the lowest I’ve ever seen and their front desk staff was extremely friendly. They prepared our room for us before we arrived and my stress melted away. Thank you!"

"Cabin was just as advertised. 10 beds in 5 rooms. We LOVED the theater and indoor pool. One of the arcade games was down which was a bummer but plenty of other things to keep the kiddos occupied. Would book again and recommend to others. "

"This cabin was perfect in so many ways. It's very cozy - small but plenty of space and a really comfortable bed. The hot tub and jacuzzi were both a wonderful part of the experience, but the views are amazing. Definitely the best part! It is a great location outside of downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to the park that you don't drive far to get to some really good trails. The cabin has everything you'd need in a kitchen, was very clean, and made a great home away for a hiking trip! Definitely bears in the area - I saw a really cute black bear just around the corner from the driveway the first day which made my day! "
