"This was a first stop on my Scotland trip. The check-in was expedient and was given a double bed with bathroom. The radiator did not put out much heat but I draped my rain-soaked clothing over a chair in front of it for a quicker drying. The breakfast was wonderful and well worth the price - get it! The spread was open early with many hot/cold options. The only inconvenience was one entrance/exit. "

"Great little find in the centre of Edinburgh. Close to all the local attractions and amenities. About a 10/15mins walk from both the Haymarket and West End tram stops. 20min walk to both the castle and Princes Street. Nice cosy hotel, my room was clean and comfortable. I had a ground floor room with no window which wasn’t an issue although you have no idea what the weather is like until you leave lol. I didn’t have breakfast but the selection looked good when I passed through each morning. Would totally recommend for both a sightseeing or business trip. Incredibly reasonable price for its location. Staff were all friendly and helpful everytime I came through reception. They also stored my luggage either end of my stay free of charge due to my early flight arrival and late flight departure. Would definitely stay again. "
