"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. "Our room was small, but clean and efficient. Being across the street from Haymarket station was great. That gave us easy access to the royal mile and the castle without having to deal with the higher traffic and prices. There was a lot of nighttime street noise from the station and the street cars outside, but not terrible, and that’s us having a street side room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, free tea and coffee were available. There’s only 2 elevators, so it got very crowded during check in. Overall it was a nice stay."
