"The staff were fabulous , exceptional customer service The room was spacious and clean , everything provided for a comfortable stay tea and coffee my partner enjoyed the biscuits so thank you for those and lovely coffee machine was an unexpected treat The only complaint and not so much a complaint the bathroom is very cold maybe just needs a little heater or something the toilet seat was cold to sit on first thing and getting out the shower was a shock but lovely hot water and lovely spacious bathroom nice and clean with toiletries provided , would definitely stay again and will probably book again in the summer!! Great place with great staff and easy to find plenty of shops and not far from the city centre! "

"Not luxurious but full value for money. Single room had a decent bit of space. It was clean and had all I needed for an overnight stay. Nice hot shower and grand view of the Eildons. Reception staff were friendly and explained the process for late night hotel access very clearly. Would definitely use again."

"The room was clean. Their were no staff. There was a self check in / check out procedure which was easy to follow. Other more regular guests were helpful. There was tea/coffee facilities in room. Kitchen facilities meant food I'd brought could be prepared. Enjoyable stay."
